Safety Review Program
The safety review program was designed for all Montana Health Network (MHN) temporary
employees who provide direct patient, resident, or client medical care. Annual
safety training is mandatory for all hospital/nursing home employees, therefore
MHN is required to verify and provide documentation that all temporary employees
working at contracting facilities have completed training through a safety program.
Directions
All temporary employees will be required to participate in the safety review programs
listed below. Please click on the OSHA links below and review the information.
After the information is reviewed, login by using the assigned username and password
to complete the questionnaire.
After completion, please click on the submit button and the questionnaire
will be sent directly to the MHN office for review.
